Return Policy

We want you to be happy with the bags and the their quality.  If there is a problem with the bag, we will mend it, free of any charge. If a bag does not sell in 60 to 90 days, we will trade it for the same or similar priced style.

If you do not like a bag we made for you, you may return it for another.

We do not give cash refunds but will give you a credit for future purchases.
