Prior Life: Fabric from an Estate Sale. The family believes it is vintage and from Northern Europe. They have had it in their attic for years.
This is Kay. She is a really big and strong girl. The idea and dimensions were a suggestion from a wonderful needlepoint artist in Modesto, Ca, named Kay. The bag is made for the frames of your needlepoint project. We brought three Kays to the TNNA Long Beach and the reaction was quite positive!
Kay is not big on pockets. She has two side pockets and no pockets inside. We were concerned that the frames would get caught on the inside pockets. So, we made an accessory bag to match. As with all of our styles, Kay is reinforced with heavy interfacing and stiff interfacing on the bottom. She is fully lined and has a magnetic snap closure. She would also work well as an art bag.
