Prior Life: Repurposed corduroy with high end exquisite interior decorating sample
I really like this bag. I have been thinking of keeping it for myself. The corduroy is a dark greenish brown, and it is plush and soft. The flap has muted flowers on green, with rust and brown. It looks like the flowers, leaves, and stems on floating on a greenish pond. We used the same sample on the back pocket. It has the same greenish pond but with a long grass on cats tail weed floating on it! Very unique and gorgeous.
The style is fairly new to us and has been received well. It is a longer (horizontally) than vertically. There is a large back pocket which has a seam down the center. There are deep smaller pockets on each side. It is fully lined with a moss green repurposed cotton sheet, and has a matching inside pocket. We have reinforced this bag with stiff interfacing, so that the bag can stand on its own. The closure on the large flap is a magnetic snap. This bag is a keeper!!
