This fabric is fabulous. It is so plush and soft. It has a very small design in the chenille, which alternates tan,brown and rust squares. Lovely. This is a saddlebag. It has a large pocket on the back, which a book would easily fit in. The large flap is closed with a magnetic snap. The lining is fun. It is a rust and ivory houndstooth from the 1950's or 1960's which we purchased at a box sale. We have reinforced the bag with heavy and soft interfacing and it is very sturdy. This is a stunning but subtle bag. Very nice to look at and feel.
